i’ll tell you something i don’t want to say

something you don’t want to hear really

something you don’t need to know ever

i’ll tell you my reasons for being angry

the eleven-year history of sordid dreams

or perhaps not sordid but confusing

all the lies i’ve made myself believe

that keep me irate, hackles raised

although few people would know it

or really none at all

i’d like to keep it that way

not let anyone see what’s not right

it hurts if i think about it

so i try not to

try not to perpetuate falsehoods

ingrain further what i know is false

but if you’re certain you’re sure you want to know …

i might always keep my mouth closed

kt’s like in the Neil Young song “it’s only castles burning”
the pain seems to be inherant, beneath the surface a long time
till it’s finally allowed to surface. I really appreciate this depth in something I can identify with.

emotions translate to chemical precesses in the brain
to which the brain, regardless of the chemical, becomes addicted.
    reason enough
